Class Descriptions

Cardio-Strength

F45

F45 training focuses on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training and Functional Training. Each class is different with Monday, Wednesday, Friday focusing on cardiovascular endurance, Tuesday, Thursday muscular strength and Saturday, Sunday a hybrid of endurance and strength. All classes are 45 minutes in length, excluding Saturdays which are 60-minutes. Modifications are given all throughout the workout and all levels are encouraged to participate!

Cycle 45

This 45 minute long class will not only increase cardiovascular endurance but strength as well. Push your limits riding up hills, on flats and on downhill sprints all to upbeat and fun music. This class is perfect for all levels since you can control your resistance and pedal speed. Come join us in SAAC 215! 

Dance

Dance to Latin, Hip-Hop, Salsa, Merengue and Reggaeton styles. Dance moves are mixed with squats and lunges for a Fun Fitness Experience! This dance class will combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility for an all workout with focus on having fun! All levels are welcomed! Join us in SAAC 217! 


Mind-body

Yoga

Moderately paced class that moves through various yoga poses that focuses on alignment and technique. This class will not only focus on increasing flexibility but on full body strength, balance and breathing techniques. All levels are welcomed. 

Stretch & Core

This class includes dynamic stretches that flow from one stretch to other with many core exercises throughout the class to help improve full body strength, flexibility and balance. This class is recommended for all levels.

Sleep Space

Sleep Space gives students a place to rest during the day. This space does not require a group fitness pass and will be FREE during the entire semester. A yoga mat, blanket and block will be provided. Participants can join during any time during the hour. We just ask that participants come in quietly and silence their phone. This will be located in SAAC 217.
